1) Order Processing & Handcrafting Nature

All items are handcrafted individually with premium attention to detail from scratch.

Standard creation and processing typically takes 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday). This allows our artisans to cast, cure, sand, and finish each piece to perfection.

Production times may extend slightly during high-demand peak seasons or for complex custom items.
2) Shipping Timeframes & Methods

Standard shipping to major global destinations usually takes 8–14 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Express shipping options may be available at checkout for certain regions.

3) Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for modifications or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing or handcrafting has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
4) Tracking & Delivery

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent once the package leaves our studio.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

6) EU/EEA Orders – VAT, Duties & Import Fees (IOSS/DDP)

For non-customised goods, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

Shipping regulations and VAT collection comply with local regional guidelines (under €150 via IOSS/DDP where applicable).
7) Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, the order is not eligible for a refund.

We can reship the item once the customer pays the additional postage fee.
8) Returns – No Returns Under Any Circumstance (Handmade Nature)

Because every single piece is custom-made and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, slight variations, or ordering errors.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our verified issues policy for a replacement, repair, or refund.
